From application to your first week

Four steps, no surprises halfway through: what to send, what we sign, and what to expect once you're on the road.

  1. Application

    You fill in the form with your details and the car's. We check you meet the published requirements before moving forward.

  2. Documents

    You send your licence, TVDE certificate, criminal record and the car's papers. We confirm everything before booking activation.

  3. Activation on the platforms

    We link the car to your account on the TVDE platforms. You're ready to accept your first ride.

  4. The first week

    You bill as usual on the platforms. At the end of the week we close the accounts with you and answer questions with the team.

    • Commission is calculated on the week's revenue and never goes above 50 €; the rest stays with you.
    • The team is reachable during the week for day-to-day questions.
    • A breakdown gets reported straight away to the team, who work out the next steps with you.
