The rules for using this site

These terms apply to the site of the King Fleet brand, operated by FOLLOW MARGIN, UNIPESSOAL LDA, company number 514569298, with its registered office at R. Sebastião Cordeiro 30, 8100-628 Loulé.

This is King Fleet's institutional website for its TVDE fleet, based in Loulé. It publishes the car and driver criteria, the commission model's numbers and an application form — it isn't a ride-booking platform and doesn't match riders with drivers.

Filling in and submitting the application form doesn't bind you to anything, nor does it bind King Fleet to accept you into the fleet. It's a request to be contacted: the team reviews what you sent and gets back to you through the channel you chose. Only a contract signed in writing creates obligations between the parties.

We publish two numbers: a 10% commission on the week’s takings and a 50 € weekly ceiling. There is no weekly minimum. These numbers do not include the car, the car’s TVDE insurance, fuel or day-to-day maintenance — servicing, tyres and normal wear.

The text, design and brand of this site belong to King Fleet (or whoever legally represents it) and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute not resolved directly, the courts of the comarca of Faro have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
